Andrea Franco, M.A. Ed
Assistant Principal
Leadership Journey: Andrea Franco began her career in education teaching English, Spanish, and English as a Second Language (ESL) in Kalamazoo, MI, and San Diego, CA, followed by five years as an administrator in Temecula, CA. After returning “back home” to Michigan, Andrea taught ESL at Eastern Michigan University prior to joining the Chelsea School District team. She served two years as the Beach Middle School Assistant Principal and continues to serve as the District English Learner and Equity Coordinator.
Education:
Ms. Franco obtained her undergraduate degree in secondary education in English and Spanish from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, MI, 2004-2008.
She completed her degree in English as a Second Language/English Language Learners (ESL/ELL) from Western Governors University in 2012.
Andrea completed her administrative certificate through MASSP in 2021.
