Naviance is a college, career and life readiness platform for students and parents.

In brief, we use it for:

•    Career exploration  ~  College exploration  ~  College applications
•    It is how we manage your college application process.
•    You will use Naviance throughout high school!              

Naviance offers a series of career assessments that help students

• plan their career paths based on

  • training required to achieve their individual goals and objectives.

Naviance tools help students explore their future college and career options.

It serves as a “one stop shop,” allowing students to identify their potential college options based on established criteria.
Students can search colleges by:

• Search for a college you are interested in by going to the colleges
• The college exploration tool “SuperMatch” to input characteristics and have it suggest colleges for you
• The “College Match” tool to find similar colleges saved in “Colleges I am Thinking About” list

How To Sign Up for a College Visit in Naviance/Family Connection

Important Information to Note before Signing Up for a College Visit:

• College Visits are for students only
• Visits during class time are ONLY for Seniors and Juniors, Freshmen and Sophomores are welcome to visit during their lunch periods. 
• Students must sign up for college visits (at least one hour before the visit) through your Naviance Student on account. 
• After registering, you will receive a reminder email.

Scholarships can be discovered through a number of sources including Naviance:

To find scholarships in Naviance,
navigate to “Scholarships and Money”
under the “Colleges” tab and click on “Scholarships List.”
       On this page, you can choose to see the college-specific scholarships you may be eligible for as well as national and local scholarships under the corresponding tabs.

Local scholarships are promoted on the blog, Naviance and PowerSchool Learning portals.  Don't miss out!
