College Visits

CHELSEA HIGH SCHOOL COLLEGE VISIT POLICY

College Visits may be arranged via college admission websites. 

Approval by the student's counselor must be obtained if scheduled for a school day by completing the necessary paperwork.
        This consists of two forms.  Both forms can be downloaded below or may be picked up in Counseling Office.

• Part #1 to be completed prior to visit and submitted to counselor (download here)
• Part #2 to be completed by college personnel and faxed back to CHS (download here) 

College visits are limited to three school-related absences per school year during the Junior and Senior years only.
